Adesola Adeyinka, a distinguished professional in finance and management consulting, is the Chair of the SIA Foundation, guiding its mission to democratize opportunities for African women, children, and youth.
Adesola’s multi-faceted career spans extensive involvement in Fund and Portfolio Management, Investments, Personal Finance and Wealth Creation, SME Advisory, and Business Consulting. His ability to identify and nurture high-growth opportunities across various industries has been instrumental in driving the Foundation’s success. His experiences encompass active and successful participation in asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Real Estate, Private Equity, and other Alternative Investments.
His prior industry experiences are broad and involve driving key structural changes in accounting and finance processes in multinational organizations. Adesola’s background in finance and accounting was established with top multinational clients in the global firm, KPMG. He then moved into strategy and management consulting, honing his skills at Accenture, a global consulting firm.
Additionally, Adesola’s deep knowledge of the oil and gas industry in Africa has proven invaluable, aiding businesses in leveraging this information for informed decision-making.
As the Chair of SIA Foundation, Adesola is instrumental in setting strategic direction and ensuring the Foundation remains faithful to its mission. His leadership is characterized by his ability to strategize, mobilize resources, and drive impactful initiatives that foster self-reliance and prosperity.
A personal finance expert, Adesola is passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom early in life. He believes that nurturing entrepreneurial drive, enhancing women’s economic empowerment, expanding access to quality education, and fostering empathy can be transformative for individuals and communities.

Dr. Ibukunoluwa Adeyinka is a distinguished medical professional and an advocate for education and women empowerment. She obtained her first degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, College of Medicine, Ile-Ife, and completed her residency at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). Dr. Adeyinka is a Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria and serves as a Consultant Nephrologist at Lagoon Hospitals. Her commitment to enhancing quality of life is evident in her patient care and her efforts to bring hope and smiles to those in need.
In addition to her medical career, Dr.
Adeyinka holds a pivotal role as the Vice-Chair of the SIA Foundation. Her
extensive background in academia and her work in women’s empowerment
significantly influence the Foundation’s initiatives. She plays a critical role
in shaping policies and strategies focused on nurturing youth and women,
expanding educational opportunities, and promoting gender equality across
Africa.
Dr. Adeyinka’s partnership with her husband, Adesola Adeyinka, in leading the SIA Foundation is a testament to their shared vision and complementary strengths. Dr. Ibukun Adeyinka’s professional and
philanthropic endeavors demonstrate her commitment to making a lasting impact in the
fields of healthcare, education, and female empowerment. She is happily married to Mr. Sola
Adeyinka, and they are blessed with children.
